Withdraw from the contract here

This page is how a consumer exercises the withdrawal right where it is still available.

A consumer normally has fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract.

For digital files supplied immediately, that right is lost once the download has been made available, where the Customer previously requested immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of the right and received confirmation of that agreement on a durable medium. Those conditions are set out in article 9 of the Terms and Conditions.

This restriction does not apply to requests concerning a non-conforming, incomplete or defective file: those fall under the statutory conformity guarantee and should be sent to contact@magicbattlefield.com.

How to withdraw

Use the form at the bottom of this page: you will be able to review your declaration before confirming it.

You may also send your declaration to contact@magicbattlefield.com or by post to the address below. Any unambiguous statement is valid; the model below is not compulsory.

Either way, an acknowledgement is sent to you without delay on a durable medium, stating the content of your declaration, the order number and the date and time of receipt.

Model withdrawal form

This is the model set out in the Annex to article R. 221-1 of the French Consumer Code, translated for convenience — the French version prevails. Using it is not compulsory: any unambiguous statement is valid, including the online form on this page.
